the Annual Caribbean-American Carnival of Baltimore
as the best and largest in the U.S.A., we, the
members, pledge and forge a system of cooperation
among ourselves and the public, to enhance a
self-propelling business mechanism for the creation
of a viable business enterprise.

areas: Calypso, Soca, Reggae, Parang, etc.;
