About the Organization

In a response to a desire to synergize and promote the Annual Caribbean-American Carnival of Baltimore as the best and largest in the U.S.A., we, the members, pledge and forge a system of cooperation among ourselves and the public, to enhance a self-propelling business mechanism for the creation of a viable business enterprise.

The Caribbean-American Carnival Association of Baltimore will strive to provide forums for:

• The development of the Caribbean music in the following areas: Calypso, Soca, Reggae, Parang, etc.;
  
  
• The parading and displaying of artistic forms, which would encourage our children to see themsleves as creators and masters of their destiny;
